Ricardo Melgar Far\u00edas, inform\u00f3 que durante la noche de este pasado jueves, en el barrio Villa Busch, se report\u00f3 el enfrentamiento entre j\u00f3venes que ser\u00edan integrantes de pandillas del mismo sector, atribuyendo el acto vand\u00e1lico a rencillas entre los mismos \u00abjovenzuelos\u00bb.
